We want you to love your greenery; if your cedar planter doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the planter in its original box, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
